Clear systems remove it.
The problem
The website feels slow before visitors understand the offer.
Large media, third-party scripts and late rendering create delays at the moment attention matters most.
What we do
Performance becomes part of the build, not an afterthought.
Images, fonts, scripts and components are reviewed together so pages load quickly and remain responsive.
- Lean image and asset delivery
- Controlled third-party scripts
- Performance testing on real devices
A clear process before development gets expensive.
Each phase ends with a visible decision, so scope and priorities do not remain implicit.
Clarify
We define goals, audience, constraints and the decisions the website needs to support.
Structure
We agree the page structure, content priorities and key user journeys.
Design
The visual language, components and responsive states are developed as one system.
Develop
The approved system is built in stages and checked for accessibility, responsiveness and performance.
QA and launch
We test the website across devices, check accessibility and performance, then prepare a controlled launch.
Support and evolve
After launch, we follow up on priorities and keep the website current through practical, continuous improvements.
Simple where it should be. Technical where it matters.
Kanso means simplicity without excess. In practice, that means focused content, deliberate design and technology with a clear reason to be there. Discover Kanso

Practical questions before starting.
Clear answers to the points most teams want to settle before a project begins.
What types of projects do you take on?
New websites, redesigns, online stores, technical clean-up, SEO foundations and ongoing care. Smaller improvements can also be scoped when they solve a clear business problem.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted after a short initial conversation. You receive a fixed proposal with the scope, deliverables, schedule and exclusions before work begins.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on scope, content readiness, feedback and integrations. The agreed schedule and the responsibilities on both sides are included in the proposal.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. We can audit, redesign, migrate, optimise or take over an existing website. We first review the current setup and clarify what is worth keeping.
Do I need to have all the content ready?
No. We can work from existing material, help define the content structure and identify what is missing. Full copywriting, translation and content production are scoped separately.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes, when self-editing is part of the scope. We choose the editing setup around the content you actually need to manage and provide a clear handover.
Can you build multilingual websites?
Yes. Language structure, URLs, navigation, metadata and content management are planned from the start so every version remains consistent and maintainable.
Which platforms do you work with?
For marketing websites, we usually work with Nuxt or Astro. For e-commerce, Shopify or PrestaShop may be a good fit. The final choice depends on content, integrations, editing needs and long-term maintenance.
What happens after launch?
You can choose a clean handover or ongoing care. Support can include maintenance, monitoring, technical updates and a prioritised improvement backlog.
Who owns the website, domain and accounts?
You do. Domains, hosting and third-party accounts should remain in your name. Ownership of the code, credentials and documentation is made explicit in the proposal and handover.
